SAKEGIRL, I am a dry and fruity Japanese sake with a pear aroma. Silica mineral water which springs from a depth of 300 m below the surface is used for the entire production process. Thanks to the crystal clear silica mineral water, I taste exceptionally smooth and refreshing.

I can be drunk cold, at room temperature, warm or hot and in any situation all year round!

HOW DO YOU DRINK ME?

Cold, room temperature, warm – or as hot as you want!

On a hot summer’s day, drink me cold on ice. On a cold winter’s evening, drink it hot to warm yourself from the inside. Warming the sake will release another flavor for
you to enjoy as it finds a new harmony with food.

There are so many different types of glasses and cups that you can drink sake from. CHOKO is the one of the most used vessels made of glass or ceramic. It’s normally very small like a shot glass. What if you don’t have a CHOKO
or a shot glass? No problem. For example, you can use an espresso cup or a small bowl for appetizer!

HOW DO YOU WARM ME?

In the microwave
Place me (SAKEGIRL bottle) in the microwave after having removed the cap. Set the microwave to 600W and put two minutes on the timer. Please be careful when you take me out of the microwave, because I will be very hot! The bottom part of the bottle will not be as hot as the top. Put the cap back on and turn me (the bottle) upside down once to spread the heat evenly. If I was kept in the refrigerator, you should continue to warm me beyond two minutes and check every ten seconds until the temperature is right.

In the hot bath
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Remove the can from me and put me in the hot water bath. Wait until I’ve reached the temperature you want. If you use a thermometer, I recommend you temperature of 40°- 55 °C.

HOW DO YOU STORE ME?

Storage (in case you haven’t drunk me all up!)

I am perfect size (300 ml) for single serving. However, sometimes you want to save a little of me for later. In that case, you can put the cap back on me and store me in the fridge. I can be kept for up to three months. However, you should drink me fresh because it will make me taste better!

distilled alcohol (rice-based)

Alcohol content 15.5% vol.
65% polishing rate
